Pontine Takes Home Third GPAC Setter of the Week Award
(Sioux City, Iowa) – The Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) is proud to announce the following volleyball player-of-the-week for contests played October 1-7, 2024. Alexis Pontine received the GPAC Setter of the Week, giving her the award for the third time this year.
Pontine led the conference in assists on the week with 152 in three games. She averaged 10.86 assists per set, including 12 per set in their five set match against #8 Bellevue. She also added 41 digs, six kills, and five blocks.
Hastings will host Dakota Wesleyan at 7:30pm on Friday, October 11 in Lynn Farrell Arena.
