Pedersen Named GPAC Defensive Player of the Week
(Sioux City, Iowa) – The Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) announced that Jackson Pedersen has been named the Women's Soccer Defensive Player of the Week for August 27-September 2, 2024.
Pedersen controlled the games defensively this week, as she did not allow a goal and had nine saves in the two wins, which led to a 2-0 week for the Broncos. She had five saves against Bethel and four saves against Park, all while playing all 90 minutes in each game.
Pedersen and the Broncos will next play at Kansas Wesleyan in Salina, Kansas on Wednesday, September 4th at JRI Stadium.
