Men's Wrestling Voted 8th in GPAC Preseason Poll
(Sioux City, IA) – The results are in from the Great Plains Athletic Conference with their Men's Wrestling preseason poll, where Hastings College was voted to finish 8th. The link to the GPAC news release can be found here.
Doane led the way with 215 points, while Northwestern was second with 154 points. The Broncos, who had 38 points, were two points behind seventh place Waldorf.
For individuals, sophomore Creel Weber was picked to finish 3rd in the 125 weight class, senior Jack Morton was picked to finish 6th in the 149 weight class, and freshman Koen Mattern was picked to finish tied for fifth in the 285 weight class.
Hastings will begin their season in Wichita, KS on Saturday, Nov. 2 for the Falcon Invite.
