Hoeflich Earns GPAC Wrestler of the Week
(Sioux City, Iowa) – The Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) announced that Lisa Hoeflich has been named the Women's Wrestler of the Week for November 18-24, 2024.
Hoeflich won three of her final four matches after dropping her first match. Her first win was a 10-0 technical fall, then she pinned the #10-ranked woman in the country for her second win. She pinned her next opponent in just over a minute before losing to Madyson Gray of Grand View in her fourth consolation match.
Hoeflich and the Broncos will wrestle next at the Conner/Oppenheim Open in Crete, NE on Saturday, Dec. 7 at 9am.
