Villasenor Garners First GPAC Defensive Player of the Week Award
The Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) and Hauff Mid-America Sports are proud to announce the following Women's Soccer Players-of-the-Week for contests played October 7-13, 2024. Tatiana Villasenor received the GPAC Defensive Player of the Week.
Villasenor, a freshman from Aurora, Colorado, started the first two games of her career and had back-to-back shutout performances. The first one came on the road at Mount Marty in a 1-0 victory, in which she saved two shot attempts. The second shutout came in an 8-0 home win over Waldorf.
Hastings will host Midland on Wednesday, Oct. 16 at 5:30pm at Lloyd Wilson Field.
