Men's Golf Places 6th at Nebraska Intercollegiate

Axtell, NE – The Hastings College men's golf team ended its fall season with a sixth-place finish at the Nebraska Intercollegiate played at Awarii Dunes.

Gabriel Escalera finished in a tie for fourth with a two-day total of 148. He opened the tournament with a 76 in tough windy conditions on Friday and came back and an even par 72 on Saturday.

Jaydon Rogers finished with a two-day total of 158 with his best round coming on Saturday with a 75. Cullen Buscher finished tied for 23^rd as he went 81 and 79 respectively for a 160.

Ryan Burns finished tied for 26 with a two-day total of 161 and his best round came on Friday with an 80. Alejandro Prada rounded out the top five for Hastings with a two-day total of 175 as he finished 48^th.

Hastings will now look to fine tune somethings over the winter in order to get ready for the spring season.
