Women's Cross Country Places 25th in Ashland
(Ashland, NE) – The women's cross country team finished 25th at the Blazing Tiger invite in Ashland, NE on Saturday morning.
Senior Cynthia Chaparro-Belloc led the way for the Broncos, finishing 114th with a time of 24:30.21 in the 6000m race.
Sophomore Grace Dow was second among the Broncos, finishing 126th with a time of 24:41.60. Senior Shania Santos finished 172nd with a time of 25:26.90. Senior Jilee Golus finished fourth among the Broncos at 192 with a time of 25:51.18.
Junior Mikayla Seebohm finished 215th with a time of 26:12.61 and sophomore Whitney Cure placed 225th with a time of 26:20.79. Junior Ava Brackhan placed 234th with a time of 26:32.66, freshman Brooklyn Brandt placed 296th with a time of 31:08.49, and sophomore Danielle Hoer placed 298th with a time of 31:36.18.
