Women's Golf Places 4th at Battle at the Dance

Women's Golf Places 4th at Battle at the Dance

Windsor, CO – The Hastings College women's golf team finished fourth at the Battle at the Dance out on the Raindance National Resort and Golf this past Tuesday and Wednesday.

Hastings finished the tournament at +156 while Bellevue won with a score of +65.

Kya Shatzer led the way with a two round total of 167. Shatzer shot 84 on day one and 83 on day two as she finished in a tie for 10^th.

Tyesha Tynes finished 19^th with a two round total of 181 as her best round was round two with an 88. Lindsey Warsnak finished 23^rd with a two round total of 187 as her best round was also round two with a 91. Lauren Buscher rounded out the scoring by finishing 27^th with a two round total of 197 as her best round was also round two with a 95.

Hastings will be off this next week and will be back in action Apr. 2-3 taking part in the Bulldog Spring Invite hosted by Concordia University at Highlands Golf Club in Lincoln, NE.
