Results from the Central Nebraska Challenge
Kearney, NE – The Hastings College men's track and field team was in action on Saturday competing at the Central Nebraska Challenge and here are the results.
Samuel Wise brought home first place in the 5000m race walk in a time of 26:03 which is a "B" national standard qualifying time.
David Beadle went on to finish fourth in the discus with a throw of 40.47m and then finished sixth in the hammer throw with a mark of 45.71m.
Brian Clausen placed seventh in the 400m hurdles in a time of 57.57.
Brady Creech finished eighth in the high jump with a leap of 1.90m.
Aaron Ochsner placed eighth in the 400m dash in a time of 52.73.
Evan Morara finished eighth in the invitational discus with a mark of 39.70m.
Hastings will now prepare for the Concordia Outdoor Invite set to begin Friday Apr. 5 in Seward, NE.
