KANSAS — Hastings College (Neb.) and the College of Saint Mary (Neb.) will be joining the Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference (KCAC) as per-sport members in Women's Flag Football in the 2027 season, the conference office announced Friday. This year is the first year of competition in women's flag football for both the Broncos and the Flames.

(Asheville, NC) – On the third and final day of the NAIA Championships on Friday, senior Jaida Rowe (400m hurdles) became the first Bronco to win an outdoor NAIA Championship since 2022, and the first Hastings track athlete to win an outdoor NAIA title since 2002. Rowe also captured second place in the 100m hurdles to join senior Ava Brackhan as an All-American.

(Silvis, IL) – Coming into the final round of NAIA Men’s Golf National Championships in a tie for third after shooting the second-best score on Thursday, the Broncos continued their strong play on Friday to secure third place at +45. Hastings is officially now the highest finisher at the NAIA Championships in GPAC history, becoming the first team in conference history to make the cut for the final two rounds.
